We’ll review your situation and contact you within 24 hours (usually 2-3 hours). We’ll then discuss your requirements and arrange to meet you at your property. Once you’re satisfied with our service we’ll make you an offer to purchase your property (usually all of this takes place within 48 hours of completing the form).

We’ll offer you a ‘list price’ for your home which is typically between 70% and 87% of its full open-market value (i.e. the value you could hope to achieve when selling through an Estate Agent over a 6 month period).
